Description:
As a Systems Manager, this role will be managing the current and future business operations/ process design and implementation for all IT related business systems.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Manage and provide direction to the group of Systems Analysts and Systems Officers in the design, development and management of current and future express business Systems and to improve revenues and efficiencies without compromising on the immediate business requirements and the overall vision of the division.
b- Validate and manage the analysis of current and future business needs. Interact with stakeholders to ensure that the specified functionality which is built into new or enhanced systems is beneficial and is consistent with department’s future direction and overall strategy.
c- Review, analyse and evaluate the documents produced by IT/External vendors to ensure that the entire documents accurately reflect all the business needs. Interact with the process owners, other regulatory authorities and connected parties to review the same and co-ordinate with IT to address deviations.
Job Requirements:
a- 8 year’s experience in all areas of air cargo, logistics and supply chain operations.
b- Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain management or IT.
c- Experience in business systems implementation
