Description:
The Manager – Analytics Engagement is responsible for being agile in bridging between the analytics product teams and the country/cross-functional teams by integrating analytics into the business-as-usual way of working to execute our Analytics Delivery and Insights roadmap. The role holder is also responsible for designing, planning and delivering analytics use-cases in a timely manner across multiple Majid Al Futtaim Retail markets. Majid Al Futtaim Retail is continuing to develop and build.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Define And Communicate Scope, Project Plan, Deliverables And Value Realization Targets For Use-Cases In Alignment With Business Stakeholders
b- Work Closely With Business Stakeholders To Assess Existing Use-Cases And Identify Areas Of Improvement To Increase Impact And Improve Adoption
c- Perform Regular Audit Of Various Processes And Databases For The Retail Analytics Unit In Order To Identify Gaps And Risks, And Propose Corrective Actions
Job Requirements:
a- 7+ Years In An Analytics Agile Role In An International Environment; Leveraging Analytics To Drive Business Decisions With The Ability To Demonstrate Value And Track Record
b- Bachelor’S Degree In A Business Or Quantitative Subject (Analytics, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Etc.)
