Job Position – Sales and Marketing Assistant

Location: Dubai

SALES SUPPORT:

• Assist the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Respond to basic client inquiries and redirect complex issues to the team.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings and events.
• Support lead generation efforts by identifying and qualifying customers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and sales techniques.

MARKETING SUPPORT:

• Help plan and execute marketing campaigns
• Conduct basic market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create and edit marketing materials
• Track and analyze campaign performance
• Organize and maintain marketing inventory
