As the Total Rewards Leader, you will focus on the design and execution of IFFCO Total rewards strategy; You will be responsible for providing strategic direction that evolves our compensation, equity and benefits programs balanced with excellent analytical expertise to execute in alignment with IFFCO business context and values. You will be a key member of the HR Leadership team, working closely with senior leaders to develop and lead competitive reward programs at scale. You will be reporting to the Group HR Director.
