An AC Technician will plan and manage the operation of the building environment control, BMS, AHU, Cold room, Freezer and chillers of the property and execute these within the cost parameters prescribed, as well as completing other engineering tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure an attractive and well-maintained hotel.

Job Requirements:
- Diploma in HVAC.
- Certificate in a specialized field such as Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Carpentry, or Plumbing, required
- Current working knowledge of general maintenance and engineering work
- Experience in the Engineering Department of a large hotel, hospital, ship, and/or restaurant complex or similar
- Strong work ethic
Job Responsibilities:
- Check and discuss any breakdown or pending complaints.
- Take round of the plant room and the property and check for any faults in machineries.
- Learn and understand fire and safety procedure.
- Ensure all safety practice, rules and regulations are adhered at all to time.
- When working in guest areas particular attention must be paid to noise and smell that may disturb the guest, cleanliness of uniform, grooming and always behave as diligent, honest and polite employee.
