Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
Reporting to the Visual Merchandising Manager, this role supports the Visual Merchandising Team in ensuring the image of our stores is preserved as per the Maison protocol – always at the highest standards.
Job Responsibilities:
a- Identify and anticipate frequent issues, and seek long-term solutions to prevent aging of hard VM in our points of sale (POS).
b- Develop a network of suppliers to ensure our stores conditions are as per the Maison standards.
c- Create and deliver training modules to frontliners and suppliers on how to preserve store counters, furniture, flooring, etc.
d- Workhand-in-hand with Regional Architecture team by taking part in factory inspections, installation of permanent units/POS and actively following up on resolution of all maintenance issues after opening.
Job Requirements:
a- Preferably, 3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising and/or in the beauty industry.
b- Strong project management skills to complete tasks with accuracy and attention to details within given deadlines, and ability to prioritize and multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
c- Good understanding of premium brand strategy and eye for details in a luxury environment.
