Job Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years in automotive technical training or coaching field with sound practical skills and theoretical knowledge of service/repair industry.
- A Degree in Engineering, preferably Automotive, Mechanical or Electrical college degree or equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication with English, Other languages – Arabic is an added advantage.
- Customer Facing Role Experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Acts within approved training budget boundaries, and comply with company financial policy.
- Retain all invoices related to training activities, and process it on time to finance department.
- Conduct training needs surveys and analysis of relevant Automotive Services department, and advise to the Technical Manager.
- Develop/update training content and material in line with automotive latest technologies.
