- Bachelors Degree related to a business field such as accounting or economics is required
- Work Experience – Minimum 7-8 years banking experience in relationship management with reputable bank Good knowledge of Corporate Banking products and UAE Market knowledge is preferable.

- Independently manage a credit portfolio
- Maintain effective governance and house-keeping
- Compliance with bank policy and department procedure guidelines
