As a Reception Manager in Atlantis you will be a key representative of the restaurant responsible for building and developing relationships with guests staying in the resort, local Dubai residents, and regular guests in order to drive customer loyalty and maximize revenue. Reception Manager will be responsible for key elements of the guest journey from booking generation to creating that perfect first impression upon guests arrival, supporting the Food and Beverage Team in creating an amazing experience ahead of a guests departure. In addition to the above Reception Manager should manage, train and guide the Head Hostess and Hostess team to deliver excellence and maintain exceptional standards and presentation reflecting both Atlantis The Palm and the outlet standards.
