Resource Officer – TBM Jobs in Dubai | Emirates

As the Resource Officer -TBM you will be responsible to a dminister, review and constantly enhance the process for Sourcing Suppliers and contingent workers. Manage and monitor the induction process for all Emirates Group IT staff and exit process for all contingent workers. You will ensure appropriate adherence of supplier contracts and on a timely basis gather feedback from consultants, in order to improve terms and conditions in line with the needs of consultants. Provide front line contingent worker advice and support through consistent and fair implementation processes and procedures to EG-IT Line Departments in a timely and professional manner, ensuring quality service across all departments.
