MCC Controller reports to the Senior Manager – Maintenance. He/She will be the focal point for all technical matters on the deployed Beond fleet including any actions /advice requested by the Flight Crew or maintenance provider’s staff. MCC Controller maintains positive operational control and situational awareness of the fleet at all times.
