2 – 3 Years of Experience in the Exchange House sector
Finance Graduate or Diploma
Excellent MS Office skills- especially Excel & Word
Strong analytical skills
Job Responsibilities:
Customer onboarding is processed as per the procedures and the details are accurately captured in the core system.
Central Operations customer onboarding documents are filed and kept for future references.
Cardholder files and salary files processing and other relevant tasks are done in a timely manner with accuracy according to customer instructions without errors, data mismatches, or duplicates.
WPS processing records are kept in accordance with internal policies and regulations that are in place.
Superb customer care is given to all internal and external customers who are dealing with the department.
The company is made to comply with all the requirements of the Wage Protection System (WPS) set by the Central Bank of the UAE.
The preparation of reports for monitoring the daily tasks and activities of the department is done with assistance.
Issues and risk areas are reported to the Department Head and management team members when necessary.
Verification of the authenticity of ancillary service requests (e.g. card replacements, SOA, dispute claims, pin resets) received from branches, sales teams, and relationship officers about card services is done.
Allotted functions related to WPS are efficiently and accurately completed within the specified timeframe.
All other tasks as assigned by the Manager.
