UI UX Designer Job Description 

We are seeking a dynamic UI/UX designer to lead the design of user experiences (UX) and user interfaces (UI) for our digital assets. Your role will involve optimizing every aspect of the online user experience to enhance usability, functionality, and visual appeal.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and effective UI/UX solutions. You should stay current with best practices and emerging trends in user experience and interface design to deliver exceptional results.

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

– Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
– Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
– Create high-quality UX design solutions using wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
– Design UI elements and tools, such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets, for our digital assets.
– Test UI elements, including CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
– Collaborate with the marketing team, and both internal and external designers, to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored digital experiences.
– Provide guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
– Adhere to style standards for typography and graphic design.

UI UX Designer Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
– A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
– Proficiency in technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
– Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Strong multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
