We are seeking experienced Service Technicians to join our Toyota Team in the UAE. In this role, you will perform pre-delivery inspections, basic services, and minor repairs, which are crucial to our service business and customer satisfaction, thereby influencing our market reputation. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with recommended procedures.

  • Actively complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Quickly learn and adhere to basic safety procedures to ensure the wellbeing of yourself and others.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and interest in various training courses, both in the classroom and on the job, to achieve professional competence.
  • Maintain a clean workplace, including tools and equipment.
  • Strictly follow company rules, regulations, and procedures; do not hesitate to ask questions if uncertain.
  • Ensure that all vehicle repairs and services meet the highest quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma in Technical Certification, ITI (Industrial Training Institute NCVT Certificate), or ITC.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a General Technician.
  • Valid UAE driving license is an added advantage.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and transcribe data to maintain accurate records in job orders.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a General Repair/Diagnostic Technician in automotive dealerships.
  • Experience in express and periodic maintenance, pre-delivery inspections, AC re-gassing, alternator tests, battery tests, and tire & wheel balancing and alignment.
  • Capable of reading, understanding, and writing in English to follow mandated training and standard instructions.
