Job Description:

Wyfy Real Estate, a leading real estate company in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing top-notch customer service. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, providing information about our properties, and assisting in generating leads for our sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Wyfy Real Estate’s services and properties.
  •  Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information to clients about available properties.
  •  Identify client needs and suggest suitable properties based on their requirements.
  •  Schedule appointments for property viewings and follow up with clients.
  •  Maintain a comprehensive database of leads and client interactions using CRM software.
  •  Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials.
  •  Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation.
  •  Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
  •  Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries and concerns promptly.

 

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role.

Excellent verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High level of motivation and a positive attitude.

Familiarity with the real estate market in Dubai is an advantage.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or real estate are a plus.
