Job Description

The Connectivity Center Agent is responsible for managing pre-arrival processes, answering incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or guest rooms, and offering information and assistance to hotel guests. Their role is to unlock the full potential of each guest by providing warm, precise, and agile service, while working as a united team to tailor every aspect of the guest’s stay and exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in hospitality and customer service. This role requires exceptional communication and customer service skills, along with a genuine passion for serving and assisting guests.

Candidates should demonstrate a strong service attitude, a sense of urgency, organizational skills, diligence, dynamism, and a professional appearance at all times. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, as well as systems such as Sevenrooms, ALICE, OPERA, SAGA, and MITEL, is essential.
