Job Responsibilities:

 

Project Management:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for mobile and web app development projects, from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively collaborate and communicate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to gather project requirements, establish clear project objectives, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Resource Allocation:

  •  Assess project resource requirements, allocate resources appropriately, and ensure efficient utilization of team members’ skills and expertise to maximize project outcomes.

Technical Leadership:

  •  Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, to ensure the successful implementation of mobile and web app solutions.

Risk Management:

  • Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop strategies to mitigate risks proactively. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Budgeting and Financial Management:

  •  Collaborate with the finance team to develop project budgets, track project costs, and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.

Quality Assurance:

  •  Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, ensuring that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Process Improvement:

  • Continuously assess project management processes and methodologies, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Reporting and Documentation:

  •  Prepare and present project status reports, progress updates, and key performance indicators to stakeholders, senior management, and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, and technical specifications.

Team Leadership and Mentorship: 

  • Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior project managers and project team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, leading mobile and web app development projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Strong technical acumen and the ability to understand complex technical concepts and architectures.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
