Take charge of and supervise all technical parts of a building project, making sure that the designs are done correctly, safely, and in a timely manner. The responsibility guarantees project completion on time, with good quality, and at a reasonable cost while keeping up to date with all the applicable codes, standards, and regulations.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee and coordinate all technical aspects of the construction project, including design reviews and engineering deliverables.
– Lead technical teams and liaise with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
– Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
– Identify and resolve technical issues to prevent delays and cost overruns.
Support project planning, budgeting, and scheduling by providing accurate technical input.
