What You’ll Do:
– Supervise, inspire, rally and lead a group of realtors to regularly meet and exceed sales goals
– Train, assist and mentor agents daily to maximize performance
– Organize and assign daily quality leads to your agents
– Help clients buy, sell, or rent properties throughout Abu Dhabi
– Show clients properties, facilitate negotiation and finalize transactions
– Stay current on market reports, property values and industry developments
– Build and maintain strong client relationships long term
– Partner with marketing to leverage best-in-class promotional tools

What We’re Looking For:
– Minimum 3 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE, preferably in Abu Dhabi
– Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a team to success
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
– Strong negotiation, closing, and organizational skills
– Must be based in Abu Dhabi and available to work on-site

What We Offer:
Salary + Individual Commission upto 50% & 10% of team Commission + Other Benefits
