About the job
Job Purpose:
- To support the organisation in fulfilling its manpower needs by implementing best practice recruitment activitiess that include sourcing, screening, shortlisting, assessing and onboarding all new hires
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of NFL’s recruitment strategy
- Implement the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes recruitment planning, candidate management, assessments, selection, and offer negotiations ensuring adherence to the relevant policies and procedures
- Identify appropriate, cost-effective sourcing channels to reach and attract potential candidates, and carry out shortlisting in accordance with the miimum requirement fo the job role
- Plan, organise, and participate in career fairs to help source quality candidates for openings at NFL
- Manage the process of sourcing, selection, and hiring of graduates, interns, and secondees as per the approved recruitment and selection policy and procedures
- Conduct pre-employment reference checks and finalise job offers after seeking relevant approvals
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and proactively follow-up with the Administration and IT teams to ensure all required resources (e.g. desk.PC etc) are organised in a timely manner to enhance the onboarding experience
- Manage communication with unsuccessful candidates in accordance with the approved policies and procedures always promoting a positive image of NFL
- Maintain up to date, accurate recruitment records and ensure all relevant documentation is in place to support any hiring decision
- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure the hiring manager and HR Business Partner are kept up to date with the status of all vacancies at all times
- Maintain a recruitment dashboard and carry out data analytics to track and optimise KPIs for talent acquisition
