Store Management/ Inventory Controller Jobs in UAE
The job holder will be responsible for adhering to operating procedures and providing inventory control services. This includes ensuring stock availability when needed and accurately tracking stock movement throughout the entire process to minimize stock loss risks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product inputs and outputs from warehouses and other stores. Escalate any stock discrepancies upon receipt by raising an SRD report and coordinating adjustments in the system.
- Track and update stock movements in both Incoming/Outgoing Log Books and the system.
- Prevent product shortages by conducting weekly investigations and stock accuracy checks. Handle the segregation of damaged items in the stockroom, ensuring damaged units/uniforms are sent to SOF and updates are confirmed with the brand team in the system.
- Provide management with necessary reports and feedback.
- Be present during maintenance-related activities in the store, often after store closing.
- Participate in annual business planning and manage monthly budgets.
- As needed, create purchase orders, track invoices, and ensure tasks are completed within the allocated SLA and invoiced by the service provider.
- Oversee all non-merchandise assets stored in stockrooms for business-related activities.
