Job Description

– Responsible for picking and packing stock for counter customers, the workshop, and branches.
– Ensure that inbound shipments and branch transfers are received accurately; report any discrepancies to the Warehouse In Charge, and ensure all received parts are stored promptly.
– Ensure all orders and transfers are picked, packed, and dispatched in a timely and accurate manner.
– Safeguard company Material Handling Equipment and property.
– Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and yard at all times.
– Manage all warehouse-related documents and submit them to auditors or management when required.
– Report any discrepancies in inbound shipments immediately to the Stock Controller and Warehouse In Charge.
– Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and branches, fostering positive working relationships.
– Complete warehouse inventory counts as per the scheduled timeline.
– Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations related to HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment).
