What you’ll actually be doing:

– You’re the boss of the back-of-house crew. Keep ‘em moving, keep ‘em happy, and make sure the place doesn’t look like a tornado hit it.
– Juggle staff schedules, hand out tasks, and make sure no one’s slacking off (we see you, Ahmed).
– Hygiene isn’t just a buzzword—HACCP and local rules are your bible. If something’s gross, you fix it. Fast.
– Handle cleaning chemicals like they’re gold. Store ‘em right, use ‘em right, don’t let anyone turn the place into a science experiment gone wrong.

What you gotta bring:

– 2 or 3 years working in stewarding—bonus points if you’ve already been the boss somewhere (hotels or restaurants, not your cousin’s birthday party).
– Actually know your way around food safety rules. If “hygiene” makes you roll your eyes, this ain’t for you.
– Can you use a computer? Not asking you to code a website, just enough to handle schedules and inventory.
– Shifts? Nights? Weekends? Holidays? If you’re cool with that, we’re cool with you.
