We are looking for a Sous Chef who:

• Currently has employment as a Sous Chef in an Italian fine dining establishment
• Holds a strong background in haute Italian gastronomy
• Is locally based in the UAE or already in UAE and can do face-to-face interviews and kitchen trials
• Brings a leadership style that incorporate creativity and flair.

What we offer:

• Salary: AED7,000-7,500 per month, depending on experience and performance on the trial.
• Studio accommodation OR AED 6,000 live out allowance.
• Visa, medical insurance.
• 30 days of paid annual leave + public holidays.
• 2 days off per week.
