Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive & Content Creator to join our marketing team at Coffee Planet. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and driving brand awareness across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyse and report on social media performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Coffee Planet’s brand goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of all social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others.
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality content (including images, videos, reels) that resonates with our target audience and enhances our online presence.
• Shoot and edit videos and photos to support content creation needs.
• Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, to drive traffic and conversions.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, reach, and return on investment (ROI). Coordinate closely with the Senior Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer to develop campaign ideas and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Coffee Planet ahead of the curve.
• Assist in other marketing tasks as needed, contributing to a cohesive and efficient marketing team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Certifications in social media marketing or digital marketing are a plus.
