Hiring to lead our luxury furniture showroom and create exceptional experiences for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage a high-performing team, drive sales, and bring innovative interior design solutions to life.

What You’ll Do:
– Lead and inspire a sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to consistently exceed targets.
– Oversee daily showroom operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and smooth opening/closing procedures.
– Offer a full range of professional services related to interior design, which include but are not limited to, furniture choosing, space planning, creation of mood boards, and making of presentations.

– Employ CAD and other design instruments to devise original design concepts suited to clients’ needs.

– Sales performance will be monitored, KPIs will be analyzed, and management will be given insights through reports.

– The showroom will have a presence at trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events, which will not only be a representation but also a way to elevate brand awareness.

What We’re Looking For:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design.
– 3–5 years of experience managing a showroom or working in luxury retail/furniture.
– Proven leadership and team management skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.
–  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
– Deep understanding of interior design and luxury furniture.
