Job Position – Senior System Support Engineer

With 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, virtualization, and enterprise support.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic and English, with strong technical expertise to manage diverse IT environments, ensure system stability, and support business continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, monitor and support Backup & Restore processes. Manage and support the Cloud platforms & Hybrid environment.
Work with cross-functional teams through complex issues. Document IT process and workflows within the infrastructure facilitate a guides for troubleshooting. Coach junior engineers. Skills and experience:
Possess a minimum of eight years proven experience in IT System Support. Demonstrated skills in Windows Desktop & Server OS. Experience with VMware virtualization. Good experience with Networking, Office 365, and Cloud. Experience with Servers, Backup & Storage Hardware. Experience designing and implementing Backup & Restore tools.
