Take charge of the technical aspects of bespoke HRMS software implementations, configurations, integrations, and customizations. Collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams, your role will be pivotal in delivering high-quality technical solutions that align with our clients’ business requirements

Related Responsibilities

  • Technical Leadership Lead and guide the technical aspects of bespoke HRMS software implementations throughout the entire project lifecycle. Foster effective collaboration and knowledge sharing among the technical team.
  • Requirements Analysis Work alongside clients and functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Identify any gaps and propose appropriate technical solutions.
  • HRMS Software Configuration and Customization Lead the design and development of bespoke HRMS software solutions, tailoring them to meet specific client requirements. Develop and implement complex integrations with other systems as necessary.
  • System Architecture and Design Define the overall system architecture and design for bespoke HRMS implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Evaluate and recommend suitable technology platforms and tools.
  • Technical Solution Delivery Oversee the successful delivery of technical solutions, adhering to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Monitor progress, identify risks, and take proactive measures to address any issues that arise.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance Collaborate with testing teams to create comprehensive test plans, conduct system testing, and ensure the accuracy and quality of technical deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during testing.
  • Technical Documentation Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system designs, configuration guides, integration specifications, and standard operating procedures. Ensure that all documentation remains up-to-date and accessible to project stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with clients, project managers, and stakeholders, engaging in regular communication to provide technical updates, address concerns, and ensure alignment on project objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement Stay abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in HRMS technology. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance technical delivery and implementation methodologies.

Technical Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as an HRMS Technical Lead or in a similar technical leadership role, with a track record of successful HRMS software implementations and configurations.
  • Proficiency in building bespoke HRMS software applications. Experience with various ERP solutions (Oracle HRMS Cloud, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar systems) will also be helpful.
  • Expertise in system architecture and design principles, encompassing scalability, performance, and integration patterns.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as MS.Net, Java or Python, along with proficiency in integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and ETL.
  • Experience in data migration and conversion processes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy during system implementations.
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and proficient in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, fostering a collaborative work environment and leading technical resources effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver technical solutions within defined project constraints.
  • A mindset of continuous learning, remaining updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in HRMS technology.

Build Knowledge Repositories

  • Ensure new knowledge is captured and shared
  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME)
  • Share knowledge and enter data into knowledge repositories and build/harvest/leverage/re-use knowledge.

Project Management

  • Participate in supporting the project scope, gather client requirements, manage/align resources, manage communications
  • Identify project tasks/activities and develop project schedules.
  • Collaborate with team members and project stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate project objectives and goals
  • Complete project activities on time, within budget and within scope

Implementation of Products/Solutions With Clients

  • Develop implementation plans
  • Create accurate operating procedures , support instructions, and operational/system documentation
  • Solicit feedback from client on quality of product/solution

Increase Client Satisfaction

  • Solve problems quickly, effectively communicate solutions and associated risks
  • Manage expectations and meet deadlines

Maintain recoverability as per target

  • Maintain utilization rates as per target
  • Ensure that Injazat Operation Readiness Process for Infrastructure projects is planned and executed to transition projects into support. OR activities are within the baseline project schedule and OR is accepted into operations constrained within the scope of the project.
  • Obtain positive project references from clients. (e.g) Emails from Client, Reference letters signed from clients and Case studies completed with clients
  • Support establishment of new solutions and services.
  • Gain skills and experience to implement emerging technologies, gain new certifications and support partnership requirements.

Continuous Improvement

  • Motivate one’s own team and identify opportunities to take part in change initiatives, programs and projects that reflect international best practice and changes in the competitive environment.

Policies, Processes & Procedures

  • Recommend improvements to departmental policy and directs the implementation of procedures and controls so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service to customers.

MIS & Reports

  • Helps direct the design, development, testing and implementation of financial and reporting system updates and enhancements, including updated internal controls
  • Prepare the organization’s financial reports and present findings and recommendations to the top executive management
  • Analyze capability and service offering financials to determine performance.
  • Perform sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of factors such as volume and growth fluctuations in cost.
  • Investigate financial performance variances to identify business trends and forecast future financial activity.
  • Provide support for preparation of annual budgets, by educating managers, developing financial tools/models, and preparing trend analysis and variance reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience

  • Overall 12+ years of experiences in IT Industry and Services
  • A minimum of 6+ years’ experience in HRMS Technical Lead role
  • Experience in working with Middle East client will be preferred.
  • Arabic Speaking/writing skills will have an added advantage

  • Programming and Scripting Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or other relevant languages. Ability to write scripts or develop custom code to extend the functionality of the HRMS system or facilitate integration with other systems.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using SQL or similar data querying languages. Capability to extract and analyze data from the HRMS system, providing valuable insights and supporting decision-making processes.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance Familiarity with testing methodologies and processes for HRMS software implementations. Competence in creating comprehensive test plans, conducting system testing, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of technical deliverables.
  • Project Management Strong project management skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and deliver HRMS technical solutions within defined project constraints. Aptitude for prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and leading cross-functional project teams.
