Job Position – Senior Quantity Surveyors

Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost management, tendering, contract administration, and project financial control. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering projects within budget and to high standards.

Key Requirements:
– BTech / BE in Civil Engineering, BSc (QS), Degree or Diploma in Quantity surveying)
– 5 to 10 year Experience
– Skilled in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract phases

Responsibilities:

– Crunching numbers and keeping projects from blowing the budget.

– Watching the money side: juggling risks, chasing profit, and making sure the project doesn’t become a financial black hole. – Getting in early on bids, pricing, and all that pre-game planning before the real chaos starts. – Needs to bring some serious leadership chops, know how to wrangle contracts, and have that go-getter attitude that actually moves things forward. – Basically, you’ll be running the whole Precontracts Cost Management gig. No pressure, right?
