The Senior Product Consultant is a high-performing sales professional responsible for driving sales of Platinum cards, a premium product with exclusive benefits. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge and experience to build strong relationships with affluent clients, exceeding sales goals and fostering brand loyalty.

The core accountabilities encompass the following:

– Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying sales opportunities, building relationships and closing deals with premium clients.

– Lead the sales and promotion of Platinum cards to high-net-worth individuals and premium clientele.

– Provide personalized financial advice and tailored solutions to meet the unique needs and preferences of affluent customers.

– Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive business growth

– Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.

– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and quality standards in all sales and service activities.

– Process and submit new card applications accurately and efficiently.
