Requirements:
– At least ten years of HR experience minimum, where the UAE played the major role in one’s skill development so being proficient there is a must.
– Ideally, there should be prior experience in a real estate or brokerage company.
– A solid understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices is a must.
– And communication as well as leadership skills excellent.
