Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with FP&A experience. The key for this role is to support regional financial team for Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units.

 

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

  • Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units
  • Regional operations reporting
  • Monthly analyses of performance against budget
  • Creating reports to monitor financial performance for our Regional Operations Leadership Team
  • Maintain financial / forecasting models and data analysis tools.
  • Lead the annual budget, periodic/rolling forecast and business plan processes, identify the reasons behind, risks and opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to seek for and implement the solutions.
  • Full P&L management, carry out regular business performance variance analysis, such as: monitor topline, margin and EBIT. Work with key stakeholders in making sure the business will achieve the various goals and KPIs.
  • Actively participate and support in all projects, such as to financial modeling, research and analysis of trends, and set clear guidance and value chain simulation with the project team.
  • Provide in-depth business analysis on marketing expense, channel and product performances and strategies.
  • Carry out financial and strategic planning, analyzing pros and cons for different scenarios and support key stake holders for final decision.

 

Key Qualification

  • 5-10 years professional FP&A working experience.
  • Must have Financial and accounting education background.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
  • Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.
  • Good work commitment and interpersonal skills.
