Summary

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst with FP&A experience. The key for this role is to support regional financial team for Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units.

Key Responsibilities and Objectives

Financial Planning and Analysis for several business units
Regional operations reporting
Monthly analyses of performance against budget
Creating reports to monitor financial performance for our Regional Operations Leadership Team
Maintain financial / forecasting models and data analysis tools.
Lead the annual budget, periodic/rolling forecast and business plan processes, identify the reasons behind, risks and opportunities and work closely with key stakeholders to seek for and implement the solutions.
Full P&L management, carry out regular business performance variance analysis, such as: monitor topline, margin and EBIT. Work with key stakeholders in making sure the business will achieve the various goals and KPIs.
Actively participate and support in all projects, such as to financial modeling, research and analysis of trends, and set clear guidance and value chain simulation with the project team.
Provide in-depth business analysis on marketing expense, channel and product performances and strategies.
Carry out financial and strategic planning, analyzing pros and cons for different scenarios and support key stake holders for final decision.

Key Qualification

5-10 years professional FP&A working experience.
Must have Financial and accounting education background.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint, experience in ERP (Oracle & SAP) will be a plus.
Good work commitment and interpersonal skills.
