Security Coordinator | Jobs In Dubai
About the Gig
Ready to take charge? We’re after a Security Coordinator who’s not just clocking in and out, but actually cares about keeping people and property safe. You’ll be running the show for a major project in Kuwait—think lots of moving parts, high stakes, and no room for slackers. If you love bossing people around (in a good way), keeping your eyes peeled, and don’t freak out under pressure, keep reading.
What You’ll Actually Do
– Run the day-to-day with the security crew—make sure everyone’s where they should be and doing what they’re supposed to
– Link up with project managers and security bosses to keep things tight and improve security plans
– Monitor the security cameras and patrol the site to observe any issues before they become an issue (or serious issue). – Mentor your team, observe how they conduct security duties, coaching them if they are unsuccessful at any time — ensure that they are not just falling asleep on site! – Handle any emergencies or weirdness that occurs on your site, right when it occurs, not at a later date — no deer in headlights!!! – Keep detailed records because, well, paperwork matters (unfortunately)
What We Need From You
– You’ve actually done this before—at least a couple years leading a security team
– You know how to take charge and get people to listen
– Comfortable speaking (and yelling if need be) in both English and Arabic
– Not a couch potato—you’ve gotta be fit enough to handle the physical side
– Can stay cool when things go sideways and make quick calls
– Know your way around emergency procedures and incident reports
– People like working with you—you’re not a lone wolf
Extra Stuff That’ll Make Us Love You
– Worked on big construction or infrastructure projects before? Huge plus
– Got security management or crisis response certs? Even better
