Job Position – Security Consultant

Location:- Dubai, UAE

Salary:- AED 40,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

Independent Consultant:

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently from day one, with the ability to take charge and grow the business. As more team members are brought on, it is anticipated that they will lead and manage the team.
Experience as a design consultant is crucial, as the key focus is on design consultancy. Candidates with prior experience in Information Security will be given priority, and it’s important that they possess a strong level of professionalism, as the company is committed to delivering the highest quality and first-time success.

Security Design & Architecture:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust security frameworks for the client / project infrastructure, facilities, and digital assets. Ensure security designs meet regulatory compliance and best practices.

Project Management:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of security design projects, from initial concept to deployment and evaluation. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with IT, facilities, engineering, and other departments to integrate security measures into overall business operations.

Risk Assessment:

Conduct security risk assessments and identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the company’s physical and digital assets.

Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all security design solutions comply with industry regulations, standards, and company policies (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO3001, NIST, GDPR, etc.).

Required Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
– Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in security design, architecture, or related fields, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role.
-Certifications: Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
– Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of security systems, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, and cybersecurity technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs).
– Project Management Skills: Proven experience managing complex security design projects, including budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
