Job Description

  • Maintain and verify payroll data, ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing in SAP for all departments in compliance with company policies.
  • Calculate adjustments to employee earnings and deductions, including salary increments, unauthorized absences, lateness, and unpaid leave.
  • Compute end-of-service benefits and any additional dues after employees complete the exit process.
  • Balance payroll accounts, review and resolve discrepancies, and submit final payroll reports to the finance team as needed.
  • Generate routine payroll reports for review and maintain confidential payroll records and filing systems.
