About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated ”Sales Support Specialist (Freight)” to join our team. This role will require coordinating actively, possessing industry knowledge, and developing great communication skills to support sales processes, converting leads and enhancing growth in business.
Key Responsibilities
– Coordination of sales between clients, partners and internal teams,
– Lead generation and market research,
– Preparing quotes and providing pricing assistance,
– Supporting client meetings and presentations,
– Strong business communication and following up,
– Building networks in freight business,
– Knowledge of trade lanes and markets.
Mandatory Requirements
– At least 3 years of experience in the freight industry
– Knowledge of trade lanes and logistics processes
– Strong business communication skills
– Strong industry networking skills
Basic Requirements
– Extremely detail-oriented in quotes and documentation (and follow-up)
– UAE driving license
– Very good time management and organizational skills.
