Job Position – Sales Reservation Executive

Job Description:
We are in search of a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Reservations Executive to support this team. In this position, you will be responsible for the management of reservation requests from all B2B markets and to ensure a seamless booking process, while providing superior client service and sales reservations in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinating hotel, transfer and tour arrangements.

– Providing superior client service.- Contacting properties and vendors to finalize bookings and ensure availability.
– Respond effectively and accurately to requests from our clients to assist with satisfaction.
– Communicate with agents via email, WhatsApp, and telephone to ensure communication is effective.

Qualifications:
– A bachelor’s degree (or experience) in tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

– You must have at least 2 years of experience in flight ticketing (flight confirmations) and visas.

– Must have knowledge of CRM.
