Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through regular communication and meetings.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, including pipeline status, potential deals, and challenges.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to generate new leads and stay connected with existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and after-sales service.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the UAE market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of the UAE market and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license.
