Sales Manager Job Description
Our expanding company is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and organize our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations by creating business plans, achieving set goals, and collaborating with the marketing department on lead generation. You will oversee your team’s activities and performance, track sales goals, set individual targets, and facilitate ongoing training.
A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and previous experience in a sales-related position is preferred.
Sales Manager Responsibilities:
