Salary: AED 8,000 per month plus incentives
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in the UAE

A highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our growth strategy, leading our regional teams to new levels of success. The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and leading a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation:
The primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities, often through partnerships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners. This includes identifying potential clients and developing strategies to attract them.
- Client Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers is essential. This involves regular communication, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
- Event Coordination:
Many resort sales managers are involved in planning and coordinating events, such as weddings and corporate retreats. This includes working closely with the events team to ensure all aspects of the event meet client expectations.
- Collaboration with Other Departments:
Sales managers often work with the marketing and revenue management teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals. They may also collaborate with the front office and catering teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Market Analysis:
Understanding market trends and competitor offerings is vital for positioning the resort effectively. Sales managers often analyze data to adjust strategies and pricing.
