Role Overview
The Sales Executive is a key role within the organization that reports to the Director of New Business. The position will be a hybrid of remote work, in office expectations and regional travel when required. The Sales Executive will receive a base salary with the ability to earn commission based on their performance toward established KPI’s.
We’re looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for new business membership & block sales with a focus in both the corporate and high net worth space, prospecting, hunting, establishing relationships, and unlocking additional charter opportunity from our database. This position will work functionally across all facets of the organization to help drive new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Ability to identify, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities to generate revenue
- Drive sales growth through networking, our partnership with Delta, strong relationships, affinity partnerships, charter, and referrals
- Prospect, cultivate relationships, develop understanding of prospects needs, and build pipeline with opportunities
- Learn new product offerings and communicate effectively to prospective members
- Stay current on market trends, maintaining awareness of competitor activity, and recommending appropriate product solution
- Effectively utilize technology (CRM System) to track opportunities and deal stages
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2-4 years of proven sales record working directly with “C” level executives and high net worth individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, negotiating skills and relationship-building
- Must be able to prioritize and work in a high energy fast paced environment
- Self-starter
- Salesforce experience

Salary Range
The salary for this position is $60,000 + commission and is determined on a variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, such as differences in skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. This wage range has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with where the position may be filled. At Wheels Up, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Your placement within the wage range is primarily based on your qualifications and experience.
