Job Summary
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the team, including email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Manage and maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and procedures
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members in a professional and timely manner
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an administrative assistant
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other productivity tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
