Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team at our Dubai Our Metha location. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in utilizing recruitment portals, proficiency in Boolean searches, and a proven track record in cold calling and proactive candidate sourcing. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruitment portals effectively to source and identify potential candidates.
- Conduct Boolean searches to refine candidate searches and maximize sourcing efficiency.
- Engage in proactive cold calling to attract passive candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen candidates through phone and video interviews to assess qualifications and fit for positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment portals and proficiency in Boolean search techniques.
- Strong ability to conduct effective cold calls and engage candidates.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
