Job Description

We are seeking a qualified real estate agent to join our team and handle the buying and selling of properties for our business. Your responsibilities will include expanding our customer base by generating leads, advising clients on market conditions, and setting competitive market prices. Additionally, you will create property listings and present purchase offers to sellers.

Real Estate Agent Responsibilities

– Generating client leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
– Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and mortgage options.
– Establishing competitive market prices through property comparisons.
– Creating detailed property listings, including location, features, and square footage.
– Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
– Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
– Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
– Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure all terms are met.
– Promoting properties through advertisements, listings, and open houses.
– Preparing contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other necessary documents for each transaction.
– Maintaining your real estate license and staying updated on industry knowledge.

Real Estate Agent Requirements:

• Must be a licensed real estate agent.
• Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
• Experience with sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
