Job Position – Public Relations Officer

Experience Required: Minimum 3–5 years in UAE

A solid foundation in the construction industry together with practical experience working with ADNOC, CICPA, and visa processing. The perfect fit for the role will take care of all government matters and make sure that UAE labour and immigration rules are thoroughly observed.

Key Responsibilities:
– Sorting out everything with ADNOC regarding gate passes, vendor registration, and documentation.

– Taking care of the applications and renewals for the passes of CICPA for staff and cars.

– Keeping up with the changes in UAE labor laws and government portals (MOHRE, Tasheel, ICA, Abu Dhabi Police, etc.) at all times.

– Working with municipalities, ministries, and other government entities regarding the company issues.

Qualifications:
– Established track record as a Projects Relations Officer in the construction sector (at least 3 years).

– In-depth understanding of ADNOC and CICPA protocols.

– Acquainted with the procedure for labour, immigration, and trade licenses in UAE. – Holding a driving license for UAE (preference).
