– Submitting, chasing, and babysitting online applications through MOL, MOI (yeah, including EDNRD & GDRFA), DHA, DED, RTA, ICP, MOHRE, TASHEEL—basically, all the portals that love to crash right when you hit submit.
– Getting those golden approvals from Dubai Municipality, SIRA, RERA, TECOM, Dubai Chamber, Civil Defense, and whoever else pops up on the checklist.
– Handling new trade licenses, renewals, cancellations, and even location changes—because businesses move and someone’s gotta tell the government about it.
– Keeping your brain full of the latest UAE government rules, updates, and whatever “urgent” system update they announce at midnight.
