What We’re Looking For:
– A degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Civil Engineering, or closely related discipline.

– Knowledge of UAE HSE laws, building codes, emergency response planning, and fire protection regulations. – Basic understanding of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and basic understanding of planning routine/preventive maintenance.

– At least 5 years of experience in property management or real estate.

– Direct management experience of residential, commercial or mixed-use properties.
