THE OPPORTUNITY

 

The Product Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of new products and services, and enhancements to existing products and services, within the Market Analysis Business Unit (MABU). They will work with MABU leadership, Platform, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and MABU vertical and channel leads to support the delivery of cutting-edge semiconductor market research. This will include research channels and verticals as well as other free and paid content (e.g., newsletters, free and paid daily/weekly/monthly recurring content).

You will also own the creation and distribution of vertical and channel health metrics, working with the Data Analytics team to identify and collate the data. You will analyze the data and distribute it to the key stakeholders.

You will work across the organization to implement enhancements to the client experience and streamline content delivery. This may include implementation of new platforms, software, and services, decommissioning legacy systems, and driving enhancements to existing systems.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

 

  • Expand current customer base by establishing, renewing and targeting serviceable available market working with sales
  • Proactively engage with current customers to understand their needs in order to renew and expand the current contracts
  • Identify gaps in the products and work with engineering, analysts, sales and marketing to fill those gaps to enhance product portfolio
  • Translate product strategy, revenue goals and customer needs in to new product expansion- horizontal and vertical
  • Drive product launches working with marketing and sales teams
  • Work closely with Product Management Director to design appropriate product packages across Reverse Engineering, Spend Insights and Market Analysis
  • Identify potential acquisitions that enhance TechInsights’ coverage of the automotive market
  • Set priorities for coverage across markets segments and in the case of Spend Insights specific parts
  • Influence development appropriate coverage within Reverse Engineering
  • Work with Spend Insights team to help identify and procure automotive components for teardown anlysis
