About The Job
As the Product Developer for CaptivateIQ, you will work closely with our sales leaders, management, and other members of the Commissions team to deliver best-in-class professional services. This role requires deep expertise in CaptivateIQ, as well as a strong understanding of sales commission structures, to configure and optimize systems that meet the unique needs of our customers. Success in this role looks like building out CaptivateIQ in a way that best serves the business and its customers while also focusing on ways to continuously improve the platform to fit industry changes. This is a full-time position in Lehi, Ut with the ability to be hybrid.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales representatives, sales leaders, and HQ management to understand and address commission system needs.
- Lead, manage, and complete CaptivateIQ implementations, ensuring they meet customer and company standards.
- Develop a deep understanding of CaptivateIQ and stay updated with best practices in sales commission structures.
- Design and test system configurations to optimize modeling efficiency and repeatability.
- Provide technical support and recommendations to customers and internal teams, ensuring best-in-class service.
- Manage project timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Scope new implementations or post-implementation services, including negotiating terms with clients.
- Proactively adopt and enforce best practices and processes across the team and company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Finance).
- 3+ years of experience in sales commissions, implementation, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in CaptivateIQ or similar commission software.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with sales commission plan design and configuration.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
