Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee contractors and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Responsible for material procurement and conducting measurements.
- Communicate information to designers.
- Maintain safety and quality standards on-site.
Requirements:
- Having your own established construction teams.
- Having a network of suppliers for materials and furniture.
- Understanding where and from whom to procure furniture.
- Ability to read technical drawings, including electrical and plumbing plans.
- Must have a driving license.
- Indian nationality preferred but not mandatory.
